Providence Extension Program

Families of PEP are eligible for a 17% membership discount at the reduced price of $95.00 per year when they use the Group Discount Number, 299211. (Standard one-year membership is $115 without group discount.)

The application and renewal forms are available at www.HSLDA.org

(1)  New families applying for HSLDA membership should send their application directly to HSLDA.  The group code number should be entered on the bottom of the second page of the application under the “Payment Information” heading. 

(2)  New families to PEP, who are current HSLDA members, will receive the discounted rate when they renew their HSLDA membership.  HSLDA sends Renewal Forms directly to the family.

(3)  Current HSLDA families who switch from another discount group to PEP’s group, need to do one of the following:

1.     Fill out an Enrollment Form and return it directly to HSDLA, or

2.     Indicate the change in the appropriate place on their annual HSLDA Membership Renewal Form, or
